Grand Hotel Park is situated in the direct vicinity of a park belonging to the hotel and from where the hotel gets its name. Just 150 meters from the beach in the Bay of Lapad and around 4 kilometres from the historic Old City of Dubrovnik the hotel is very well situated. Directly alongside the hotel is a pedestrian zone with café bars and restaurants.
The promenade continues alongside the sea all the way to hotels Ariston, Neptun and President. Grand Hotel Park contains a main building which has 156 rooms and 6 apartments as well as two separate villas which have a total of 86 rooms with a view over the garden. In the main building all the rooms have a balcony, half of which look out over the park and the other half over the sea. All the rooms are equipped with a bathroom with either a shower or a bath, hair dryer, satellite TV, telephone, mini-bar and air conditioning. On the ground floor of the hotel there is the main restaurant, where meals are served in a buffet style, aperitif bar and an Internet corner.
